국제 표준이란 무엇이며 무역 기업에 왜 중요한가?
국제 표준은 ISO, IEC, ITU, 코덱스 위원회 등이 합의로 제정하는 문서로, 제품·공정·경영시스템의 요구사항, 시험 방법 또는 지침을 규정합니다. WTO TBT 및 SPS 협정은 국제 표준을 기술 규정의 기초로 삼도록 권장하므로 구매자와 판매자의 “공통 언어”입니다.
- 표준은 자발적이지만 기술 규정, 계약 또는 고객 요구에서 인용되면 의무가 됩니다.
- 인증(예: ISO 9001)은 독립 인증기관이 발급하며 ISO는 인증하지 않습니다.
- 베트남에서는 많은 국제 표준이 TCVN으로 채택되며, 강제 문서는 기술 규정 QCVN입니다.
- 표준 원문은 저작권 보호 대상이므로 발행 기관이나 국가 표준 기관에서 공식본을 구입하세요.
